- An extensive database of supply chain partners for specialist activities coordinated by our internal Project management team
Generally we work with clients directly delivering FM maintenance and installation projects mainly on framework and long term agreements. In addition however we work closely with a number of the larger FM and Building Services companies to whom we provide specialist supply chain support.
We are dynamic in our approach to contracts and procurement routes which can help clients mobilise efficiently and with minimal disruption to their core activities.
M&E Facilities Management
IVERTECH have over 25 year’s experience in managing, maintaining and repairing hard services: heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, fabric and energy systems – including associated mechanical, electrical and public health services.
A key addition to the organisation is our Projects team. Established in 2016 our team have in excess of 50 years’ experience in the mechanical and electrical projects delivery covering a variety of major projects.
Building Management Systems
Ivertech install and maintain Trend, Delta, Tridium and Priva systems.
Building Management Systems form an integral part of the Mechanical and electrical packages that we deliver and maintain. BMS systems control and can analyse your daily financial expenditure and your carbon usage. We can evaluate your usage and reduce this.
Whilst we manage the majority of the mechanical and electrical works with in-house resources we augment our internal teams with specialist supply chain partners some of whom have been with us from the start. Our Supply chain partners are vetted for health and safety, compliance, performance standards, and that they meet with our 'can do' ethos.
